Who leads the work

Campaigns are led by senior staff rather than handed down a chain. The person who helps shape the message is the person who pitches it, which keeps explanations consistent and stops details being lost between a strategy meeting and a phone call with a journalist.

The operating base

The practice is based at 131 Chimney Rock Drive, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and works with clients in every state. Local knowledge for each city is built from that city's outlets, business groups and public record, refreshed for each campaign rather than recycled from a template.
